Refund Policy

We value your commitment to personal and professional growth, and we put our time, energy, and expertise into every coaching relationship. Because of the nature of coaching, results depend primarily on your active participation and follow-through. For this reason, our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and respectful of both your time and ours.
1. No Results Guarantee
Coaching is a collaborative process that requires your full engagement. While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, as progress depends on your actions, mindset, and circumstances. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results or perceived progress.
2. Single Session Bookings

Payment for individual coaching sessions is due at the time of booking.

Refunds are not available once a session has been completed.

If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled session, you may request a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.

Cancellations made after this notice period, or “no-shows,” will not be refunded.
\3. Coaching Packages / Programs

Full payment or an agreed-upon installment plan is required before the first session begins.

You may request a refund for unused sessions only if:

The request is made within 1 day of purchase; and

No more than one session has been completed.

After this period, all package fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether you complete the sessions.

Unused sessions must be scheduled and used within 6months of purchase.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In cases of verified medical emergencies, severe personal hardship, or other extraordinary situations, we may offer a partial credit or rescheduling option at our discretion.
5. Group Coaching Programs / Workshops

Group coaching programs, workshops, and intensives have limited spots. Once booked, fees are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person (with our approval) or apply your payment toward a future program within 6 months.
6. How to Request a Refund or Credit
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to drshanthi@shiftsandrise.com and include:

Date of purchase

Reason for the request
7. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
